Go Global Education has a legal obligation to ensure that premises under our control comply with relevant Health & Safety legislation, in particular the Healthand Safety at Work etc Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at WorkRegulations 1999 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRFSO).This is especially true in time of an international crisis, i.e. that broughtabout by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Accordingly, we need to make reasonable enquiries of our customers to assist us infulfilling this obligation and to ensure that you have conducted the necessary risk assessment and will adhere to the government’s “COVID-19 Secure” guidelines:
