NOT Just for Experienced Teachers
From September 2021, the Department for Education are changing the way the NQT induction period is completed. NQTs are now known as ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and the induction period (formally 3 terms long) is now 2 years long or (6 terms total).

As an ECT, you can teach internationally? Many of our clients are BSO, COBIS, BSME or BIS registered / affilliated schools and are able to offer the same or equivalent ECT induction support that you would recieve in the UK meaning you can teach internationally, make money and when or if you do decide to return to the UK you can return safe in the knowledge that you will not have to complete that pesky induction period!
